These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CleaningPal's cleaning services and website. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
CleaningPal provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Omaha, Nebraska area. All services are subject to availability. By booking a service, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the property and that all information provided is accurate.
CleaningPal reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time for reasons including but not limited to unsafe conditions, excessive clutter beyond the scope of a standard cleaning, or abusive behavior toward our staff.
Booking: Services may be booked online, by phone at (712) 435-2220, or by email. Bookings are confirmed upon our confirmation response.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Show / Lockout: If our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full service fee may be charged.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
For recurring services, payment is collected following each completed appointment. Overdue balances may result in suspension of service.
Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes prior to your next scheduled service.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to recurring issues arising from conditions outside our control, pre-existing damage, or requests outside the agreed scope of service.
By providing your mobile phone number, you may opt in to receive SMS text messages from CleaningPal. These messages are transactional in nature and may include appointment confirmations, reminders, cleaning completion notifications, and service-related updates. Promotional messages may also be sent with your consent.
You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned. CleaningPal staff will take reasonable care of your property and belongings. Please secure or remove valuables and fragile items prior to service.
CleaningPal carries liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will investigate and respond promptly.
CleaningPal is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, damage to items in an already-broken state, or damage resulting from hazardous conditions not disclosed at time of booking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleaningPal's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
CleaningPal cleaning professionals are employed or contracted by CleaningPal. Do not attempt to hire CleaningPal staff directly. Soliciting our staff for independent work is a violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska without regard to conflict of law principles.
