The standard visit, not the heavy reset

This is house cleaning for Omaha and the towns around it: a one-time tidy, or a maid visit on a schedule. Trusted by 450+ Omaha families. If the house has gone months without a professional clean, start with deep cleaning, then keep it up with this visit. The same kind of recurring clean is summarized on residential cleaning. This page adds the neighborhoods, the discounts, and how the first visit works.

What is included

  • Kitchen counters, the cooktop, the sink, and the outside of the range and the refrigerator
  • Inside the microwave
  • Each bathroom you actually use, including a lower-level bath when you say the house has one
  • Dusting that can be reached, including sills
  • Carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped
  • Beds made when a clean set is left on the bed
  • Trash from the kitchen and the baths

A few jobs are not part of this price. Inside the oven is $35, inside the refrigerator is $35, inside cabinets is $45, and interior windows are $45. A garage sweep is $30. A patio or deck is $25. Those figures are the ones on the booking app and on the Omaha cost page. An apartment clean stays inside the unit. A shared hallway or a shared stair is not part of it. A landlord walkthrough, with the oven and the cabinets required, is move-in/out cleaning instead of this visit.

Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly

Online, a one-time clean starts at $99 for 1 bed / 1 bath and $119 for 2 bed / 1 bath. Weekly takes 15% off that one-time figure, every two weeks takes 10% off, and monthly takes 5% off. On the two-bedroom, one-bath house, the weekly number is $101.15. There is no contract, and you can move between those three rhythms. The per-visit and per-month arithmetic, including a 3 bed / 2 bath example, is on weekly versus every-two-weeks cleaning cost. How to choose a rhythm in the first place is on how often to clean your house.

Weekly fits shedding pets, toddlers, or someone with allergies, because the floors do not stay clean for two weeks. Every two weeks suits most busy households. Monthly suits a small place where two people cook lightly. If you are booking because relatives are coming, use the one-time price and skip the schedule.

Omaha neighborhoods, and what to mention

The Omaha hub is the map. Dundee and Millard use the same price rows. What changes the visit is the house, which is why the notes below matter.

Dundee was its own village from 1894 until Omaha annexed it in 1915. The historic district, which it shares with Happy Hollow, lies about two miles west of downtown and holds over two thousand historic properties. Queen Anne, Period Revival, Craftsman, and Prairie houses sit on the same streets. If yours still has its woodwork, a built-in, or a stair rail, say so when you book. Those details add time a bedroom count does not show.

Benson was established by Erastus Benson in 1887 and annexed by Omaha in 1917. The National Park Service describes the commercial historic district as concentrated along Maple Street between North 59th and North 63rd Streets, with buildings from 1890 to 1954, and streetcar service that ran from 1887 until 1948. The houses off that stretch are often bungalows: one main floor, a compact kitchen, and trim that takes longer to dust. Name Maple, Military, or the numbered cross street.

Midtown Crossing at Turner Park, the blocks by Memorial Park and Elmwood Park near UNO, and Aksarben Village are on the regular route. A condo is priced five dollars under a house with the same bedrooms and bathrooms. An apartment is ten dollars under. Both numbers are on the booking app, in Aksarben and in every other neighborhood.

Omaha annexed Millard in 1971. A lot of the houses are one-level ranches or split-levels put up from the 1960s into the 1980s, with two-story homes mixed in later. For a split-level, the question is whether anyone lives on the lower floor. West of there, around 168th and the Village Pointe shops, the plans are often bigger. Omaha's annexation of Elkhorn took effect on March 24, 2005. People there still say Elkhorn, and the ZIP is still 68022. Cottages on the old Main Street, and the newer plans west of it, are on Elkhorn house cleaning. The dollars are on the Elkhorn cost page.

A page for every town we drive to

A house inside Omaha is booked from this page. For the other ten towns, open the hub if you want the landmarks, and the house-cleaning link if you want the local rooms.

The first visit

Send the neighborhood or a cross street, the beds and baths, and a yes or no on the lower level. If you will be at work, leave a keypad code, a lockbox, or a garage code and an unlocked interior door. Note where the pets are. You can meet the crew and point at the two rooms that matter most, or leave that in the booking and stay out. The longer version of staying or leaving is on whether you need to be home. The pickup list, which is about fifteen minutes and is not a pre-clean, is on how to prepare for house cleaners.

The crew brings supplies. Ask for fragrance-free products if you want them. Everyone who comes inside has passed a background check, and the work is insured. On a repeating schedule, the same team comes back. If something in the original scope is off, call within 24 hours and we return at no charge. Book on the booking page, call (712) 435-2220, or text (402) 401-4842.
